this is the second public release of V, and it fixes a few of the problems
people have had with it - there are now two versions, 'V' is the normal one
and 'V-noInt' which has the interlacing removed on the titlebar for those of
you who have had trouble reading the text with the interlacing in.
Both now have an additional image for the mouseovers - the old pressed image
is now the hover image, and there is now a new pressed image which has darker buttons.
