<p>Conditionally repeated block. Its arguments are evaluated (see <a href="EXPR.html#EXPR">EXPR</a>)
and as long as the result is non-zero or a string with one or more bytes,
then the condition is true and the text from that point
until a matched <code>ENDWHILE</code> is emitted.
