<p>This macro selects a block of text by matching an expression
against the sample text expression evaluated in the <code>CASE</code>
macro. See <a href="CASE.html#CASE">CASE</a>.
</p>
<p>You do not specify a <code>SELECT</code> macro with the word “select”.
Instead, you must use one of the 19 match operators described in
the <code>CASE</code> macro description.
