Spring Web Flow Debian package doesn't contains some of the functionalities of
upstream binary releases.
Here is a list of excluded files regarding original content of Spring Web Flow:
* spring-faces
[not-in-debian] RichFaces is not in Debian yet

* spring-js
[embedded-libraries] Instead of shipping copies of dojo and dijit Javascript
frameworks in spring-js.jar, this package just Recommends the installation of
libjs-dojo-core and libjs-dojo-dijit packages. Depending on which Java
container you want to use, you must specify in your webapp configuration how
to serve that static content (e.g. libjs-dojo-core content is at
/usr/share/javascript/dojo).
