SetPolyFillMode sets polygon filling to either ALTERNATE or WINDING.<br>
ALTERNATE is equivalent to X's EvenOddRule, and <br>
WINDING is equivalent to WindingRule<br>
The default is ALTERNATE, and fills the polygon in the
intuitive manner, im not too sure what the hell WINDING means.<p>
