Urbana-Champaign. SPRNG 2.0 was written by Michael Mascagni and Chi-Ok
Hwang.
This package was created by Dirk Eddelbuettel <edd@debian.org>, with
ample help by Kai Hendry <hendry@cs.helsinki.fi> and elijah wright
