Example [fookb.cf, fookb.resources] is in
/usr/share/doc/fookb-[plainx, wmaker]/examples.
Edit it and copy to ~/GNUstep/Defaults/FOOkb.
If it is plainx version, you should add fookb.resources to ~/.xresources,
since fookb-plainx is configured via Xresources.
