These operations load, save and process mask objects. Masks are used as
paramaters to convolution and morphology operators, and to represent
matrices. There are two types of matrix: integer <a class="link" href="libvips-mask.html#INTMASK:CAPS" title="INTMASK"><span class="type">INTMASK</span></a> and double 
precision floating point <a class="link" href="libvips-mask.html#DOUBLEMASK:CAPS" title="DOUBLEMASK"><span class="type">DOUBLEMASK</span></a>.
