<li>It must be independent of the <A HREF="../../../../org/osgi/service/device/DriverLocator.html" title="interface in org.osgi.service.device"><CODE>DriverLocator</CODE></A> service that
downloaded it.
<li>It must be unique.
<li>It must be different for different revisions of the same driver.
