Ruby is distributed under dual-license which is "Ruby's License" or GPL.
libopenssl-ruby1.8 (openssl.so) can link OpenSSL library with ruby1.8
(libruby1.8). So we cannot use openssl.so together with programs which are
under the standard unmodified GPL.
