for permanent storage. The XML file is written to disk with every unless
the cache is temporarily frozen with <a class="link" href="libebackend-EFileCache.html#e-file-cache-freeze-changes" title="e_file_cache_freeze_changes ()"><code class="function">e_file_cache_freeze_changes()</code></a>.
