* All programs in this release can again read the broken stream
headers produced by ogmmerge versions prior to v1.1. If users
want to fix their old files then running them through ogmmerge

* ogmcat is currently undocumented. It compiles and generates the
appropriate binary, but it is currently not functioning. It is not quite
clear if this will be fixed in the future by upstream.
