<p><span class="type">EMailIdentity</span> is a combo box of available mail identities, as described
by <span class="type">ESource</span> instances with an <span class="type">ESourceMailIdentity</span> extension.  For
convenience, the combo box model's <span class="type">“id-column”</span> is populated
with <span class="type">ESource</span> <span class="type">“uid”</span> strings.</p>
