This function converts a charstring value to a hexstring, where each character in the charstring represents the value of one hexadecimal digit in the resulting hexstring in the same order. The incoming charstring may contain any number of characters. A dynamic test case error occurs if one or more characters of the charstring are
outside the ranges "0" - "9", "A" - "F" and "a" - "f".

(This is an additional predefined function, supported by TITAN.)
