<H3>Purpose:</H3>
<P>
Determines whether the <i>thisObject</i> object type contains a <i>thisAction</i> event. Both <i>thisAction</i> and <i>thisObject</i> must be variables of type objectType.
</P>
<H3>Return value:</H3>
<P>
fetchEvent returns a function handle if the specified event is found. If no event is found, the function returns FALSE.
</P>
