The SUSE changes merge tool

openSUSE package sources contain a .changes file providing a full changelog.
A stripped version of that gets attached to rpm %changes to avoid a too large rpm db.
But the full version is kept with the package sources.
The classic diff3 merge approach often fails on these files, so this
merge tool is reading the entire files and sorts the entries according
to it's date. If entries with same date do differ it fails. The classic
diff3 merge and manual conflict resolution is the only way then.
