Comment: The files 
 astrodocsrc/swephprg.doc astrodocsrc/swisseph.doc were 
 found in ftp://ftp.astro.com/pub/swisseph/sweph.zip from
 astrodienst. 
 The LICENSE below is from that .zip file.
 Because this file is not version numbered  it is wiped out 
 by each new astrodienst release from the  astrodienst ftp 
 site. Therefore, Swiss Emphermis Autotools archives these 
 files in version numbered dependent subdirectories.
 Thus the file:
 http://download.gna.org/swissephauto/astrodienst/sweph1.78/sweph.zip
 will contain the 1.78 version of the doc files.
 Confirm-copywrite.email (below) confirms that these files are covered by
 astrodienst's GPL license as well.
