<p>Subclasses of this are used to implement different protocols such as DirectSound, ASIO, CoreAudio, etc.</p>
<p>To create one of these, you'll need to use the <a class="el" href="classAudioIODeviceType.html" title="Represents a type of audio driver, such as DirectSound, ASIO, CoreAudio, etc. ">AudioIODeviceType</a> class - see the documentation for that class for more info.</p>
