* Workaround for the buggy window managers
Kinput2 provides an X resource to avoid strange behavior of buggy
window managers. Debian prepackaged version of kinput2 is released
with this feature by enabling
"*OverTheSpotConversion.UseOverrideShellForMode: True" in
/etc/X11/app-defaults/Kinput2.
* Workaround for the input focus problem (taken from SuSE's
kinput2.app-defaults.patch)
Don't give input focus to the windows of kinput2, they don't need
input focus it just causes problems if they get input focus.
* Kinput2 with Wnn support
Kinput2 with Wnn support (kinput2-canna-wnn and kinput2-wnn) hangs
unless you set any jserver hosts by X resource
"Kinput2*CcWnn.Jserver" or command line option "-jserver" or
environment variable "JSERVER". Debian prepackaged version of
kinput2 can connect to localhost even if you don't set any jserver
hosts by setting "*CcWnn.Jserver: localhost" in
/etc/X11/app-defaults/Kinput2.
